Grignolino parcel inside the cru Bricco Boschis (100% Grignolino).
Characteristics of the wine
Vinification: fermented with indigenous yeasts, macerated with submerged cap for 5 days.
Ageing: in steel tanks for 12 months
Bottle Ageing: 6 months before release into the market.
Organoleptic Characteristics: Medium-light structure with pale color tending to rose. Complex perfumes of red fruits, especially small strawberries with a spicy, rich and herbaceous bouquet. Moderately suited to ageing in extraordinary vintages, but in general we recommend consumption no later than 3 years of age.
Gastronomic Accompaniment: This wine finds its best matches at the table, with appetizers of sliced meats such as prosciutto, salami and lardo; also Alba beef tartare and vitello tonnato. The wine is also good with pasta or simple red meat dishes in general, or with seasoned cheeses. The wine can also be consumed cool (12-15°C like a rosé wine), with delicate white meats or fish.
